Karakuri Lifter Shooter

When you need part to send upper position, Karakuri Lifter

is effective

You can keep more parts at limited space

It is used for long length shooter also

We made 12m shooter by this Karakuri Lifter 

(Height is about 3m)

This concept can be adapted to supply part to higher position

For example, supply part to operator on step

Sending in order, one by one only push and release foot bar

When take out 1^st box, operator press foot bar.

Then, 2^nd box is stopped by stopper

If operator release foot bar, then 2^nd box is coming in front

and stopped by stopper in front

Part transportation by Karakuri

Operator put part on tray

Then the tray with part will slide down

If operator take part out, then tray will return to original position by automatically

Sending in order, one by one

Operator press foot lever, then box is moving little by little

This is used for shooter length is long or slope angle is limited

Foldable Cart

If you want to save space for keeping empty cart, this foldable cart is suitable for you

When you use it, use at normal shelf cart

If you don’t use, then folded and keep it – can save space about 70%
